Most of our family’s fees are charged on an hourly basis and can range from £100 to £250 per hour, depending on the case handler’s or lawyer’s conduct grade. However, a fixed price might be negotiated with the case’s lawyer.
Private Law Family
- Non-mol (up to return date) £1,000- £1,500)
- Divorce up to Decree Absolute £800- £1,200
- Children Arrangement (contact) £1,500-£5000
- Financial Proceedings (fees can be agreed by undertaking) £5,000-£20,000
The above fees are subject to change and include most work, including further meetings, preparation, emails (in and out), telephone calls, and advising and responding to others.
